NFT Farming
Of most excitement to the community, the team shared a closer view on why the ability to farm proof of ownership NFTs is so revolutionary and disruptive to the current-era casino industry.
While all other casinos — including those that feature cryptocurrencies — are centrally owned by a single entity, Ridotto’s Ownership NFTs set the infrastructural foundation for a truly decentralized ecosystem.
Each one will entitle non-KYC’d owners to their very own casino product, which will be specific to the type of game, whether it be a lottery, slot, or specific table game, and will give its owner the ability to customize their casino game’s design, as well as its internal rule structure — including house win rate, jackpot size, and a lot more.

An analysis of the legal side of the online gaming industry reveals that on closer inspection, casino licenses are mostly a gimmicky trick, smoke, and mirrors meant to convince retail users that a given online platform has more accredited legitimacy than it actually has.
Most opt for the standard Curaçao license, which certifies that a casino is not an outright scam and only allows the holder to operate inside the small island jurisdiction of Curaçao.
In order to be accredited in just 90% of the globe, an online casino would need to spend multiple millions of dollars on 20 different jurisdiction licenses, not to mention sacrifice user anonymity through KYC practices.

Co-Creation Workshop
Finally, one item not touched on during the community update, due to a lack of time, was the soft launch of Ridottto’s co-creation workshops. Each time that the team rolls out a new product update, they will conduct a community led feedback session in order to streamline all deliverables to best fit community interests.
