Finally! Following the release of NFT Farming, the team is launching platform Native Staking, Governance, and an $RDT Token Bridge! With these four items complete, the foundation is ready for Ridotto’s first game: the lotteries.
Platform Staking
Most exciting of all: Single Asset $RDT Staking and BNB- RDT Liquidity Pairing are now live on $BSC! While today’s emissions will come from the protocol treasury, in the future Ridotto’s staking portal will offer community members access to a widespread point of platform bankrolling, averaging profit exposure from all games.
While community members can choose to bankroll specific games, through diversification the platform-wide staking portal will offer the most consistent and conservative returns possible.
Today, the APY for single asset staking will begin at 1660% and liquidity pairing will begin at 4153%.
While this may seem inordinately generous, returns will be regulated as more people stake and share in the distribution of APR. Then when Ridotto’s games launch, returns will once again increase alongside the performance of the platform. Platform native staking is a long-term incentive mechanism, so it is crucial that rewards be distributed even-handedly rather than all at once.
Governance
While Ridotto’s DAO-based governance system is yet to be deployed, via staking, community members can now earn non-sellable, non-transmissible governance tokens in tandem with their $RDT rewards. Only active while staking, these governance tokens will determine voting power in Ridotto’s DAO.
$RDT Token Bridge
Ridotto’s now active token bridge will be indispensable to the platform’s future status as a multi-chain gaming operation. $RDT will be the lifeblood of the platform in all things gameplay and bankrolling, and will naturally be needed to free flow across all blockchains utilized by the games. While today’s bridge makes $RDT mobile between Binance Smart Chain and Ethereum, in the future $RDT will also travel across blockchains like Polygon, Cardano, Avalanche, Fantom, Solana, and others.
Safety and Security
The Ridotto team is confident to launch all three products knowing with full certainty that all code was laboriously tested, audited (by Solid Proof and shown to have zero vulnerabilities,) and tested again internally to ensure maximal security. As a young platform, nothing is more important to us than security and community trust. Expect this to be a theme, as we continue to roll out games, features, and products.
