In today’s “Meet the team,” Ridotto introduces its co-founders.

Being a graduate in information systems from Paris’ prestigious Essec x Telecom Paristech, Mohammed began his career as a passionate engineer with Electricité De France (EDF) to ensure the evolution of its nuclear information systems fleet. He was subsequently interested in fostering the open-source “spirit of community sharing” in some of the largest European banks, such as Société Générale and BNP Paribas. As a technical leader and cloud architect, he was dedicated to transforming yesterday’s traditional banks into the digital banking institutions of tomorrow.
Drawing upon this spirit of fairness and transparency, Mohammed was inspired to offer the world a new way of gaming, in which the player is elevated to the position of the house. “For me, Ridotto is a dream coming true; in my mind’s eye, I can clearly envision Ridotto’s community enjoying an unheard of and completely pure form of gaming, unencumbered by centralized profit motives,” said Ridotto co-founder Mohammed Marragh.
Fayrouz Benstella | Ridotto CMO :
Laureate of the ISCAE, the best business school in Africa, Fayrouz is both an experienced marketing strategist and a talented manager. She has held key managerial positions in marketing and communication within many international groups, including Mondelez international. In this capacity, she served as a brand consultant to relaunch local brands and find new promising communication axes for the Moroccan market. She then joined Nestlé and managed their dairy brand portfolio, ensuring new brand and product launches.After which, she then pursued her passion in France with L’Oréal Luxe, to ensure successful product and brand launches as well as manage strategic and tactical partnerships. As key account manager, Fayrouz later joined a communication and advertising agency based in Paris.
With this corporate expertise, Fayrouz is poised to bring an institutional perspective to the Ridotto endeavor. In regard to her role within Ridotto, Fayrouz said, “From a deep desire to apply new technologies at the heart of the democratization of wealth, fairness, and ethical entrepreneurship, was born a human adventure, this adventure is Ridotto.”
Both Mohammed and Fayrouz are passionate about Ridotto and absolutely thrilled to envelop Ridotto’s team members and the community at large in their grand vision. Together, they believe, we can free the joy of gaming from centralized interests, and reimagine the casino along decentralized lines.
